This is a post to let you know I will not be posting today. Nursing a migraine, so if I want to write today I’m going to have to devote lucid moments to that. Hope your day goes well. Back soon.

    Oh, ack. Sorry to hear about that.

    Have you spoken to your doc about preventatives? I take a beta blocker and amaltriptylene and while I still have migraines with aura and even the occasional bout of mild nausea, they are almost never worse than a normal headache these days.
